Reservation Policy

Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Arrival Time: Clients are required to arrive on time for their appointments or preferably 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ensure a relaxed start to the session.

Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, please note that running late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

No Show Policy: Clients who arrive late by more than 10 minutes without prior notice will be considered a “no show.” In such cases, the appointment may be forfeited, and a cancellation fee may apply.
